At this point in time, we have been lied to so often, why would you believe anything. It is like taking serious the emails from the Nigerian prince.May I always be the type of person my dog thinks I amComment

There is very little actual data in that article, but this certainly stands out....
Hmm, so the highest risk people having cardiac events in the study had pre-existing conditions. For those who had a major cardiac event, the median time of the event was 17 days after the start of a COVID-19 infection and 212 days (roughly seven months) since the last vaccine dose. Overall, the people most at risk of having a cardiac event after an infection, regardless of vaccination status, were older males with other underlying health conditions. Previous cardiac events increased the risk the most, but diabetes, liver disease, obesity, and high cholesterol were also significant risk factors.
The study has some limitations. Namely, it couldn't account for reinfections or possible differences from infections with different SARS-CoV-2 variants.Comment

First, we are 3 years into Covid, they looked at the 6 months after a case of Covid. And second, "In a statement, the study's first author, Joy Jiang," sorry batsoup Sally, peddle your stuff elsewhere!NRA Endowment,LEAA Life, Sass Life, NAHC Life, IALEFI, ASLETComment

It is all so ridiculous at this point. Today's C19 variant is not a health threat. A person would have to be a fool to take any boosters now.
The MRNA vaccines will kill you. The risk from the MRNA vax is orders of magnitude greater than today's covid. We now know the Vax causes heart disease, neurological damage, and immune system damage. The vaccine takes up residence in your cells and manufactures spike proteins. You body will then attack your own cells. Sound familiar, ....cancer? It is also causing fertility problems.
It is as if it was designed to reduce the population in order to "save the planet".
Places with low vaccination rates got over covid faster and are not experiencing these weird vaccine "side" effects.Comment

One of my very liberal fully vax'd and boosted former coworkers ( before I retired) that i still see on the pickleball courts just got over Covid for the 3rd time. Asked her why I hadn't seen her at the courts in a while and found out she really hated having Covid for the 3rd time. I really wanted to respond "but your vax'd and boosted - right? "Comment

That's grounds to toss the whole study, because the concentration would be to focus on people where such pre-existing conditions were not a factor.
For example, the thousands of healthy, fit 16 to 54 year olds 'suddenly collapsing' from cardiac arrest after recently getting pseudo-vaccine scammed.
There are plenty enough study subjects there in that 16 to 54 group, that pre-existing conditions could be completely excluded - that is unless you WANT the results to be marginalized to fit an agenda.

Except for one person, everyone I know that has had COVID, some multiple times, were "vaccinated". My unvaccinated 80 year old uncle with prostate cancer got COVID and was fine within a week.
My wife and I are pretty much the only ones among our family and friends that have not had COVID. Im convinced this is because we dont have children and we dont have a lot of contact with random people or friends and family that are sick. We have prevented exposure through what I call "strategic distancing" and washing/disinfecting our hands after going into public places. This is the only proven method to preventing infection.
The vaccine was never meant to prevent you from getting COVID. That is a false argument. The vaccine is meant to prevent severe illness from a COVID infection. I do not think it is definitive that the vaccines prevent severe illness since the variants in circulation do not seem to cause severe illness. And I think there is more evidence that the vaccine does more harm than good. At this point, I think the risk of harm caused by the vaccine outweighs any risk caused by the virus and so Im not getting anymore vaccinations. I got the first two and the most recent omicron booster. I didnt get the boosters in between and not getting anymore. Dont see the need. Kind of think getting vaccinated is not any better than getting the virus and I dont want either now.
I dont think repeated COVID infections is good either. Eventually there will be more studies on people that have had multiple COVID infections and any health effects of repeated infections will become known.Last edited by Tere_Hanges; 02-22-2023, 6:08 PM.CRPA and NRA member.
