Thats my new conspiracy theory and that is why that law was passed before anyone heard of Covid-19 much less the Fauci-Ouchie. I guess it could also cover intentional release of Gain of Function AKA Germ Warfare.

Vaxxies are showing up with HIV positive tests, as well as AIDS type symptoms of damaged immune systems, so when millions start dropping dead from Fauci-Ouchie related causes Big Pharma will be only at most guilty of a misdemeanor. But only a misdemeanor incidental to them trying to help people. In hindsight maybe they misjudged hiding evidence VS hoping their Vaxx actually worked.
