Judge blocks CA covid misinformation law

A federal district court judge has granted a preliminary injunction against California from enforcing its new ban on covid-19 "misinformation" by licensed physicians and surgeons, due to the plaintiffs likely to succeed on the merits arguing the law is unconstitutional. The law had taken effect on Jan 1 2023.

Nice but not really because there is zero "push back" on the people that did this.

This law was part of a criminal conspiracy to poison children for fun and profit.

When these type of rulings happen they just go back to the drawing board and try to figure out how to do the exact same thing in a way that sidesteps the Constitution and injunction. Meanwhile the law had done lots of damage and everyone has "adjusted" assuming it would be in effect, or that a basically same law will be in effect soon, or that after the injunction some of the law will be held to be valid.

On laws like this the courts will only invalidate the parts that are beyond the pale and the courts will bend over backwards to preserve and enforce as much as they possibly can and take any law to be "the will of The People".

Once again. If involved with the writing or voting for a law that is later found to be unconstitutional then those people should be punished as if they broke their law. It would greatly reduce the number of unconstitutional laws being passed because no one would want to risk it.
