Turns out its $100 for first two (first visit will be well over an hour) then like $30 thereafter but if you do it monthly you can work up to max of $70 per visit.
Really no way worth my time when you include driving, etc, and they told me didn't need appointment then said I would, so figure its gonna be like a bad day at the DMV. Miss me with that crap.
They also stressed that I should drink water prior until I felt like I was drowning. That can be dangerous and even fatal. Only other time I've been told that is "how you pass a drug test when dirty". I'm guessing this place tells drug addicts that so there stuff passes tests.

Yeah, but they were telling me to start non-stop drinking water for like 24-hours, like to the point of discomfort.

Red Cross is like "try not to be dehydrated, like if you work in a Clear Room and intentionally don't drink for 12 hours so you don't have to get out of your Space Suit".

There is being "fully hydrated" and there is trying to force your body to dump water so its too dilute for drug test to work.

My long distance backpacker experts tell me reason for sipping off camel-backs is you can only get so hydrated and drinking "large" amounts of water only activates kidneys, and the amount of water your body can absorb from any single drink is very limited.

I'm kinda leery of any process that is putting stuff BACK into your body. WTF does the saline or WTF they are putting back in come from? India, Israel, China? WTF about any cleaning solutions or tubes that touch your Reds before being returned? Just google "prescription recall".

Sometimes they want just plasma and sometimes just the Reds. Can't they just take whole blood and figure out the rest on their end? I don't accept Returns once the customer has opened the package.
