I am trying to understand this sentence with my limited ability in English and I can not really get idea behind it: "President Biden on Tuesday warned the American people that nearly every COVID-related death this year will be because people have not received the updated vaccine." I mean I can read it and I understand it , but it doesn't make sense what his claiming. This is most idiotic claim I see for while. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bid...their-vaccines

Credibility is DEAD….DOA!
The Truth is ……… GOV and the MSM are not your friends.
The Banks are not your friends.
The transition forcing Healthcare to become Gov agents is alive and well. It seams Dr’s are being forced to push things they may not approve.Last edited by tsmithson; 10-25-2022, 4:08 PM.Comment

From today... Nashville health experts brace for possible 'tripledemic'
I think this represents part of the problem. Those who work in the trenches are, once again, worried about being overwhelmed. With all the shortages in staff being filled by 'visiting nurses' (if available and the facility can afford them) and an end to the 'mitigation' (i.e., a return to something akin to normalcy), I suspect that there is a certain legitimacy to the concern on their end. However...Doctors are seeing more flu cases earlier in the season than usual.
"We always worry in the past about influenza and something else, but we didn't have kind of this covid in the background," said Dr. Todd Rice, associate professor of medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
This comes as cases of RSV are on the rise.
"The 'tripledemic' is a new word for us," said Dr. Rice.
The triple threat has health systems bracing for possible surges...
"We've unmasked. We've gone back into the community. We sort of removed some of the precautions we were doing, and that just provided an opportunity for influenza and RSV to flare also," said Dr. Rice...
There is a sense that some in the health profession would just as soon our culture became...

The problem is that many in the same profession are coming around to what I asked early on... What happens when our immune system isn't given a chance to work naturally due to the lack of continuous exposure to things generating ongoing resistance? While we were assured, early on... Partly false claim: Staying at home and wearing a face mask weakens the immune system... Can Being Too Clean Weaken Your Immune System?... when the RSV spike happened last year, there was some debate which began to emerge along the lines of a benefit vs. risk assessment associated with 'normalcy' (with mitigation and treatments being available) and 'crisis mode' (where the virus was 'unknown' and treatments were limited, if they even existed)... Should We Keep Wearing Masks Even After the Pandemic Ends?...
Until, this year, where most have adopted something between pre-pandemic non-mitigation to 'select' mitigation based on time/place.
Of course, we know which approach many in power actually prefer, heedless of the health issues.Comment

You forget it was common for brainwashed parents to get their children vaxxed before authorization for children was approved. There were lots of articles about it happening at the time. Of course the articles were written as if these parents were stunning and brave heroes.Comment

I believe that was for children over the age of 12.You forget it was common for brainwashed parents to get their children vaxxed before authorization for children was approved. There were lots of articles about it happening at the time. Of course the articles were written as if these parents were stunning and brave heroes.
Now, given the timing of approval for kids 12 - 17, the correlation is, kinda, there.
Younger that that, however... Pediatricians besieged by parents seeking coronavirus shots for kids under 12...
If you'll remember, a major part of the hesitation was establishing the correct dosage. I'm sure there were a few who sneaked their kid through. But, the vast majority ran headlong into a reticence to lose their license and lawsuits. Thus, you would have to establish that the spike in cases were specifically tied to the younger age group who managed to slip through and not simply because 'the vaccine was out there.'...While the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is authorized for children 12 and up and was granted full approval this week for anyone over 16 — giving doctors flexibility in how they use the shots, as long as the uses are considered reasonable — it isn’t clear when younger children may be eligible to roll up their sleeves. The Food and Drug Administration’s timetable for authorizing shots for younger children ranges from later this year to early next.
“It’s hard,” said Goldstein, who says he has heard anecdotally of parents lying about their children’s ages to get them access to the vaccine, even as he and his colleagues at Pavilion Pediatrics stick by government guidelines.
Public health bodies and professional organizations, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to the American Academy of Pediatrics, are strongly discouraging so-called off-label use of the vaccines in children, warning that they have not been fully tested in this younger age group and that doctors who administer them may open themselves to lawsuits in the event of unexpected side effects...
Pandemic ‘immunity gap’ is probably behind surge in RSV cases, scientists say
...Children build natural immunity to viruses when they’re exposed to them. Most kids catch RSV at some point before they turn 2, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says. Newborns get some passive protection from their mothers, who pass along antibodies through breast milk.
But for a couple of years, there was little opportunity for children born during the pandemic or the people around them to catch RSV – or other viruses, for that matter. Their immunity waned or never formed at all. So when those little ones and their parents started to interact with others, they were more likely to get sick...
The commentary warned about an influx of infections that would include older children who hadn’t been exposed to viruses as well as newborns whose moms weren’t able to pass along antibodies because they hadn’t been in contact with these germs...Last edited by TrappedinCalifornia; 10-26-2022, 4:53 PM.Comment
