In the following healthcare and long-term care indoor settings, masks are required for all individuals regardless of vaccination status. Surgical masks or higher-level respirators (e.g., N95s, KN95s, KF94s) with good fit are highly recommended.

I do not yet find the bit of Regulations establishing a penalty. it's 8 CCR 3205 and following, https://govt.westlaw.com/calregs/Doc...ta=(sc.Default). Penalties are typically spelled out, I'm just not seeing that for this section.

The difference is; no one is telling you what to do or not. And no one is telling you what you should or shouldn't be concerned about.

For you mask nazis: The supposed dangerous little creatures you wear for a mask for, can and will pass thru your eyes, your ears, and thru your arse so what is the rational for wearing it ? There is NONE, just BS regs heaped upon the believe anything sheeples. I personally will not wear one anywhere. For you sheeple, helpeth yourself. Here in Tennessee I have yet to find unmasked dead bodies on the sidewalks, streets, on the steps of hell bent wear the mask businesses etc. Helpeth thyself.
