How did they know, one might think there was a conspiracy afoot.

2 weeks before anyone else knew, not 2 weeks before they knew.

The best case scenario to explain this is the NIH already knew what they were dealing with, because they were well aware of their own pet project escaping the lab. They were then proactive in getting a vaccine going to try to clean up their mess.

I have to ask, 2 weeks before what? What is the specific date used for this “2 weeks” timeframe? There was a suspicion of a new SARS-like infection as early as October of 2019. If this puts the agreement at September of 2019 or earlier, then yes, that’s kinda suspicious. If the date used was March of 2020, then it’s no big deal because China instituted shutdowns in February of 2020.

Talking about mid December 2019 Moderna already had their vaccine contract signed with the virus identified as a coronavirus in the documents. This is the document that gave the government part ownership of the Moderna vaccine in exchange for specific technologies which would be used for its development. Negotiations of a 150 page agreement take time, so NIH and Moderna must have received detailed information much earlier than mid December.

It wasn't until December 31 2019 that the WHO would be informed of an unknown viral pneumonia spreading in China. Shortly after the virus was identified as a coronavirus. January 12th 2020 the viral sequence was shared by China.

For every other vaccine manufacturer, Jan 12th is when they could start working on their own ideas. But are we supposed to think Moderna was just sitting around for a month doing nothing with their signed contract?

This "problem" was known about for months before it was made public. My buddy works for a bio company in Austin that is owned by the same company that owns the Wuhan lab. They were told to work from home 3 or 4 months before anything became public in this country. They were not allowed to return to the office. As far as I know they still aren't allowed to return to the office...

He told me when the Wuhan company bought their lab they went and unplugged all the servers and removed them and destroyed a ton of documentation so the Chinese didn't get it...
