I wouldn't know if this one was any good or not. But I did listen to a doctor on a radio show explaining that in the general sense, the inhaled types of vaccines can actually work better by providing protection at the mucous level (inside the nose/mouth) which better helps prevent transmission. He was complaining the US is not taking this approach and instead sticking to the shots which don't stop it at the transmission level, and that policy is not going to work long term. His example was the Flu vaccines that are inhaled work far better than the injected versions. Flu isn't a great example because of all the strains they don't always block the most prevalent strain that happens to be around each year. But for the specific strain that the vaccine was created for, it does actually work great. Anyway his point was that if we were actually serious about developing actual immunity, mechanically this is the path that would get us there.
