what will make it "fly" is just like driving on the roads in a car, being a doctor is a privilege not a right. The CA Medical Board will put any legit docs through a ringer for which the doc will need to hire super-doctor/lawyers (and will those high rollers want to put own cushy careers at risk by going against Big Vaxx?) and patients all told "he is a BAD doctor". Pretty sure it comes down to The Board's opinion by some vote they don't need to explain, and its not "speech" its "conduct".

Some American licensed physicians trained in East Europe believe Asthma is psychosomatic and not real.
They can’t tell their patients that here though.
        Of course they are wrong.

How does Sacramento make a law combating "covid misinformation" when for over two years the "information" has been proven wrong over and over again?

What will be the benchmark for what is correct information in this bill?

These power hungry Marxist morons should take time to read the constitution.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

These "misinformation" laws are illegal, period. IF radio stations can broadcast hours of snake oil medicine shows, any medical doctor should be able to express his opinion on a medical matter.

They don't pay much attention to the Constitution here in California.

I guess the interesting part will be that anyone disciplined under this will then be able to defend themselves with new reports, studies, findings, etc. Like triple vaxxed folks are more likely to get Covid after 5 months than the unvaccinated.

This is Kaiser's own study too. So if a physician stated this, couldn't it be defended that it's not mis-information? Then everyone gets to see the "evidence"?

                  From this blog.

We’ve covered negative efficacy among the COVID jabbed and boosted, but this is that with a twist. Kaiser Permanente did some research relative to COVID “vaccination,” its insurance plans, and its healthcare business. Maybe they wanted to determine if the unvaccinated cost more. They discovered the opposite. The Jab is worse than just ineffective.   ... Read more
