My 30 year old nephew just got it for the third time in 6 months.

Only one instance led to hospitalization.

Got it for the 3rd time in 6 months? Is he actually sick? Or is this one of those OCD people who must incessantly test to make sure they either have it or not have it before heading out the front door?

Here’s another thing. We treat these tests as if they are 100% accurate. They’re not. They’re probably 40% accurate. Nothing man-made is 100%.

I got sick in early June. First time in 4.5 years. Never tested it. It went away in a few days. It was rougher than my normal allergy attacks but far less than the H3N2 flu I got in early 2018. If it really was the wuhan virus then I was not impressed.
