Fed Govt (military) contractors still required to be Vaxxed?

Got sorta promised a job doing Security for private firm and USAF is client.

I've seen other such jobs say "Yeah, part of our biz is Fed Contracts so Vaxx required of course", but this company only mentions bringing my SSI, DL, Guard Card.

Is it still 99.99% they gonna demand a Vaxx Card, just slipped their mind?

Will it be I'll start working then get call from HR?

The EO says you need to 'be vaxxed or have a medical exemption or a religious exemption'

There vaxxed is very black/white. But the exemptions are ultimately up to the employer to accept them or not. The company must be compliant

Also, it's the contract employer which gathers the information, not the federal government. The employer doesn't even give it to the government, they simply certify that that everyone is in one of the 3 categories (vaxxed, med exemption, religious exemption)

What complicates matters is what the contract holder accepts and doesn't. A non-woke company will accept a religious exemption at face value and simply file it away. A woke company will push back on the individual.

Ditto for medical exemptions - some companies will accept a simple statement of 'my doctor has told me I should not get vaccinates' other expect some technobabble on a doctor's letterhead.

I work for a federal government contractor and our vax mandate was canceled weeks before I was to be fired. I work in person at company facilities, but don't know if things are different if I needed to go to government facilities.

Fly under the radar, but always be truthful!

Always follow the regulations of the base commander. Period, full stop. Base commanders have full authority to issue orders based on their understanding of their orders from the President as Commander in Chief.

I can attest that there are a great many of these commanders which provide for the ability to work on their bases without being a vaccinated contractor.
