    The spike protein anti-inflammatory regime

So if you get infected by Covid or if you got the covid shot...what is the best at-home treatment to quickly rid the body of covid spike proteins and minimize heart inflammation?

I-CARE is a protocol focused on the early treatment of COVID-19, developed by the medical experts in The FLCCC Alliance.

Doubtful despite any claims to the contrary. One of those biology things you just can't speed up or slow down.

There was a recent study that concluded catching COVID won't create heart damage. It's a vax issue...

That said I am taking cimetidine (tagament), melatonin, and ivermectin.

Also vaping nicotine. Clears the crud out of my lungs. Guessing it's a stimulant... But it is helping.

When I had C19 (2020) Ivermectin wasn't even talked about.

          I took:
          - Quercetin (OTC)
          - Vitamins (D, C)
          - Expectorant (to keep chest clear)
          - Cough medicine as needed
          - Ibuprofen & Tylenol as needed
          - Zinc

I got pretty much the same protocol. Plus got Z-Pak . Vitamin and zinc protocols I started mine 10 days prior to my symptoms developed-my wife was positive and we were quarantined.

After avoiding Covid for two years it finally caught up with me last month.
Ivermectin, Azithromycin, and Medrol from the Doctor.
Vitamin D,C, Zinc, Ibuprofen, Flonase, albuterol sulfate and Zyrtec-D which I have been taking all along. Only a few bad days, feel good now but almost normal. Cheers.

One more day of Ivermectin, one more week of Medrol(great anti-inflammatory drug) then continue with the other stuff. I have more Ivermectin in reserve.
Adding green tea with Honey Citron/ginger four times a day and some other items the Doc threw in there. Feeling better than I have in a long time. **** the rona! Cheers.

I have a list like that too. I just put in the things I think are antiinflammatories.
This varient going around right now; not sure it worked. Still had symptoms for a couple weeks.

                        The anti-inflammatory regime

This has always worked well for us with and without ivermectin.

My sister has reported good results also with hydrogen peroxide and lougols iodine nebulizer, if congested but you have to be careful with that and do your research.

Had it tiwice. Dindu nuffin the second time. Must have been the miracle vax kept symptoms down to manageable. Tested positive for a few days, felt like a nasty cold, not flu.

First time was pre-madness. Taste effected, hocking loogies, sore all over, really a kick in tail flu. Maybe some Tylenol, but nothing special since it was Jan. 2020.

                          YMMV
