It’s my understanding that drug ODs are at all time highs,
I believe traffic deaths, homicides, and suicides are all up,
But yep there is the Vax.

I haven't dove into insurance industry statistics but no doubt they are out there to either refute or corroborate that report. Lack of data is data too, particularly if historical data has customarily been transparent.

IIRC, there's a thread about this, with a Covid/vaccine angle, in the Covid forum. I believe that's where I first saw it. Will be happy to add any data I find.

The rates of excess deaths are higher in younger age groups. 80% higher in 18 to 44, 40% in 18 to 65, less in 65 plus.

maybe part of this video relates to it

i disagree on a few points
                    * we practice empathy but that is for people who really deserve it, not because someone has paper thin feelings to accept constructive criticism. worse, it seems to hint you have to bend backwards for this generation
                    * laysoffs are layoffs. what are leaders supposed to say? i consider myself a cog in the wheel(s) so perform or be the easy choice when layoff times come. or make them at least think about it. people unfortunately are resources for a corporate being to survice. ultimately i am. the key is just how you treat them when you deliver the news. is it like office space? "dude you're outta here." or delivered with some respect at minimum.

                    i do agree or think
                    * they need instant gratification. likes and kudos seem to be their affirmation needs
                    * gen z may have created part of the problem giving participatory medals/awards. i vehemently disagree with this. i met too many parents who stay - gotta show something for their efforts.. "for last place? or poor performance?" it's like giving profit sharing to poor performers. ( i lived and breathed performance bonus plans and i did well, and prefer it that way)
                    * that instant gratification i see with the youngest of the millennials. some left for just a small % but it's an increase. got hooked with the promise "you can move anywhere". they can do the same thing here in our company but never really took the effort to make it happen. i guess they think it'll just happen on the other side?

The five largest life insurance companies, many well over 100 years old (met life, new york life, Lincoln life, one America) are making up the excess deaths and loosing billions for what reason?

You believe thw Pfizer salesmen on all other media?

The CDC seems to think suicide went down. The life insurance numbers are for employed people with group life insurance through an employer. Those people were working for larger employers when they died so they have a lower instance of suicide or drug use. Also, life insurance doesn't pay for suicide.
