Look up Barnes law (he video blogs with viva frei often). He had or may know of a number of cases in the works.

For you specifically the question is standing. Were u directly affected by the mandate (lost your job etc).it has to be direct harm.

I'm sure you could raise money quite easily on a crowdfunding site once u get the lawsuit going
