Thanks for posting this. So the injunction was overturned on a technicality, not on the merits. I guess it worked for them in December 2020, so...

Misleading. The appeals court did not 'uphold' the mandate.
The ruling was one of jurisdiction.
Appeals court said the plaintiffs had to file a complaint though the federal government's process , not directly to the court, first.
When that fails then they can go to court.

Yeah it seems analogous to when a private contract includes an arbitration agreement, but the employee tries to skip arbitration and go to court. The same thing can happen.Misleading. The appeals court did not 'uphold' the mandate.
