We had a choice on whether to get the vaccine or not. Refuse the vaccine and no medical care for my wife's brain tumor, or get the shot's and get medical care.
"They made their bed, let them lie in it." is pretty tunnel visioned, not everyone is wearing the same shoe. The same applies to putting food on the table and a roof over the family's head.
No vaccine, and assured miserable death sentence, the other a crap shoot.

I post on three other forums. Two are horrible about deleting threads that hint of political comment. They are absolutely paranoid.
Recently, I posted on a thread about inflation. They were wringing their hands about it and giving examples. I gave a two paragraphs about economics and monetary theory. I attached graphs and links to source data. No politics were mentioned. They closed then deleted the thread for political content. I don't get how people can be so militantly ignorant.
Another, forum is even worse. The moderator is a hard core leftist who deletes any posts and locks threads that question his point of view. Each page of threads will have several locked threads.
As I wrote before this forum is unusual and refreshing. The moderators allow all points of view, I like that very much.Comment
