Stay strong. For healthy adults in their 30's, the risk of death from covid is too small to even take notice. The risk of taking an experimental gene therapy on the other hand, is with each new day, turning out to be a grossly unwise trade.

By insisting on health autonomy, you've forced your employers to reveal the evil to which they are willing to become willing accomplices. You are wise to go elsewhere. What else would they be willing to do to you?

Last Friday was my last day at my job. I'm 36 and was making $38/hr and the company paid for 100% medical. I had the COO, both VPs (R&D and Eng), and 3 other managers asked me to reconsider.

Thanks, I'm well aware of these statistics, I was just reacting specifically to ProfChaos since he said he was 36. Myself being a healthy dude in my 50's, I saw no reason to take my chances on a dangerous experimental gene therapy for an illness that's well past 99.9% survivable.

Contact your state rep to oppose AB 1993, the state vax mandate which is scheduled to possibly come up in committee on March 13th.

Me and a handful of guys have held firm, going into work every day while we were told we were getting fired in December. We were told there was nothing they could do, we will be fired if we don't inject the Fauci sauce. But December got pushed back to January, then finally cancelled. We won.

Same here; I kept saying the Supreme Court would shut down Biden's mandate, and they did. I wished it had happened sooner in November or so, but I stuck it out, switching to remote when they required everyone in the office to be pseudo-vaccinated with the placebos.

If Biden's nonsense had stuck, all employees that were client facing would have to had been pseudo-vaccinated by some deadline thereafter. And that didn't happen.

So then comes the legal-declaration to stop the mandated political science-experiment, so the next thing was that that employees didn't have to get pseudo-vaccinated, nor reveal pseudo-vaccination status - unless you wanted to come into the office or meet with clients.

Then in February came the "well everyone can come back to the office, pseudo-vaccinated or not, but you must wear a mask in public common areas."

Soon, that silliness was gone or ignored.

Along comes March 1st - everyone can come back to the office, no mask requirement for the pseudo-vaccinated - but we're not going to check or police whether people are pseudo-vaccinated or not; it will be an 'honor' system and people can make their own choice on whether to wear a mask or not, but those electing to not have an experimental toxin injected into their body "must wear a mask in common areas".

Now, as of last night, it's all gone; over. No mask, no pseudo-vaccine lie of the mind. The entire building took down a "please wear a mask" signs, no masks required at all - as if it, Fauci, Walensky, the Leftist media, the phobic and flinching balgor types, and the rest of their kind disappeared all in one fell swoop.

New hires are NOT being asked if pseudo-vaccinated, nor is it even required.

And yet you still have people so ingrained, so immersed and acclimated, so teeming with apprehension and FUD - that they are STILL slinging up in their comfort-blanket mask as they now feel naked without it.

Holding out and standing ground was tough, but right, especially some days when finding oneself at odds with the supercilious stooges and the whims of some of those insipid twits, suddenly wielding petty-authority like a whack-a-mole game, seeking to apply their new-found tool for empowerment in ways they never could before, hoping it could be used to alleviate their fear, regrets, and self-loathing by controlling others in their midst with the mandate circus tricks.

Well that's over - and so is this shamdemic, and those same dolts are quivering about now returning to life without their lucky rabbit's feet to calm their anxieties.

Now, nobody cares who is doing what in the office, mask or no mask, nobody asking if you're pseudo-masked - and just like that - nobody is reporting ANY cases of COVID-19, Delta, Omicron, or otherwise, nor even a case of the common cold.

The pseduo-vaxxed brigade can eat my turds; we followed the science and not the fear-mongering.

I did not have my last paycheck or any other documentation that they are required to provide me. It got even better when I was leaving, I was saying goodbye to whoever was in the office which included the COO. As I shook his hand, he said something along the lines of "I wouldnt be surprised if the military changes their mind in a few weeks about the policy".

edit: Received via FedEx signature my packet. Final paychecks including PTO and Mon-Tues-Wed this week most likely so they can cover their asses since they did not have everything ready on Friday. Also want me to sign and return acknowledgement that I "voluntarily quit" and that I "resigned". Their lawyer already responded saying that by emailing acknowledgement, they have fulfilled their requirement. The form "accurately reflects [company] understanding of the situation".

Do not sign anything saying you voluntarily quit if that is not the case. I know someone who just won a nice settlement who was in a situation similar to you.
