2 billion dollar false claims act case against Pfizer

Apparently, this lawsuit was filed under seal in January 2021 and unsealed by the court yesterday.

Defendants are Pfizer, Icon, and Ventavia. Claims are essentially that the mRNA trials were falsified and corrupted.

The relator (plaintiff) was a clinical trial regional director. Below is a link to the complaint.

I think the relator/plaintiff is targeting the Pfizer-Dept of Defense contracts for the mRNA injections to stay within the False Claims Act rules, which is why the number is only a few billion.

Luckily for pfizer they are immune to such lawsuits.

                Are they?

The plaintiff isn't arguing damage from adverse reaction.

Since the suit is claiming they have violated a law, they are certainly not immune to that. This is really parallel to the recent suit against Remington by the Sandy Hook folks. That suit was actually for violating an advertising law, which was only barely tangentially related to the shooting event itself. This is the same kind of thing it appears. Can't sue them for a bad vaccine, so try to sue them for violating some obscure law about processes related to contracts. But if it works, it works.

Yup. I wouldn't be surprised if paid out from our tax dollars or Pfizer is given a "tax break" to help out with the costs...

Yep, the 2.3 billion they paid for fraud in 2009 was completely ignored by the sheep and a drop in the bucket for Pfizer

How can this be? The rocket dude told us the science and trials were solid.
