    Wow; not FOX but CBS

As he told students and staff they need to continue wearing masks indoors on campus, photos show him wearing no mask while accepting the "Sacramentan of the Year" award at an indoor banquet just last week, while statewide indoor mask rules were in place.

Very shocked to see a FOX like story on CBS calling out a bureaucrat for disobeying his own set of rules.

I would prefer to see CBS claim the rules are unnecessary.

CBS isn't nearly as woke as NBC or ABC. Would be better if they called out Gov. Hair Gel out on his Covid hypocrisy.
There is no week nor day nor hour, when tyranny may not enter upon this country, if the people lose their supreme confidence in themselves -- and lose their roughness and spirit of defiance -- Tyranny may always enter -- there is no charm, no bar against it -- the only bar against it is a large resolute breed of men.

The news media makes themselves look worse every day when every schlub with a cellphone is taking pictures and video of what is really going on in the world and the legacy media is blatantly turning away from it. That is very telling of their politics and such, which people are also tired of. Legacy media is going away and they know it. We might see a few attempts to show whats going on but at this point who trusts them?

it's also a "local" news report, which does tend to cover local topics better with generally less slant. It's the "national" news spots that are the worst. When CNN was first created, it seemed like it was amazing to have 24hr news, but really it was the beginning of the end, since clearly there isn't enough "news" to warrant 24hrs, so most of it filled with "opinion" junk, and it spread to everything, creating a weird "media" that calls itself news but really isn't.

You people actually watch CBS, Fox, NBC or ABC?!? Or any main stream media at this point? Hopefully you balance that out with other sources that aren't just state mouthpieces.

Take a look at www.watch.org and www.worldtribune.com everyday, I try to make it to those sites once a day, and their work comes across as conservative and looking into the real news behind the crapola blasted about by the alphabet companies. Try them.

                      This..

it's like when the GOP gets into power again.. they'll pretend to be 2A advocates by not implementing new laws instead of asking why these laws (NFA) even exist and repeal them.

I don't care that the GOPs laws will be less restrictive tham Dem laws, the laws aren't constitutionally valid in the first place.
