The following post is a conspiracy theory.

Who says that all those DNA testing sites was not used to engineer a bio-weapon targeting common genetic code found in those of European descent.
"The past was alterable. The past never had been altered. Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia." -George Orwell 1984

1984 was supposed to be a warning, not a "How To" guide.

You think that these people are stupid? Of course they are collecting DNA, this is a golden opportunity.
If you think this is all tinfoil, you are a literal smooth brain that has no idea how far bioweapon technology has progressed, and it's at the disposal of eugenists aka "people that hate you".

I have a friend that thinks any blood work done in the last 20 years has had the DNA registered. Has not told me who has it.

Just whose assurance of that is it you would accept?

If it was a DNA data base that was wanted consideration of the effort being both cost effective and thorough would evolve into a plan........,why you would want to start it out with people paying to be sampled.

What's the average lifespan of a conspiracy theory these days?
                about 2-3 years?
What do you call the people that abandoned the agenda of John Kennedy and adopted the agenda of Lee Oswald?

Oh they can usually stretch it out a bit for the sheep with a debunk or a fact check or 2 though.

How long have we here known that bioweapons come from biolabs?

That "Russia, Russia, Russia" was fraud?

That the jab is self replicating toxin?

The spike protein has the least affinity for ACE2 receptors of a very specific set of people.

california already DNA tests every baby- has done so since the 1980's

They take blood drops and sell them to fund other programs

For babies born in California after 1983, DNA is likely being stored by the government, may be available to law enforcement and may even be in the hands of outside researchers
