CA Vax Mandate Back on the Table

    They are relentless.

Assembly Bill 1993 by Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland) would require employees and independent contractors to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Assembly Bill 1993 by Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland) would require employees and independent contractors to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they have an exemption based on a medical condition, disability or religious beliefs.

Under the bill, the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health would work with the state's public health department on guidance for employers on what would constitute a valid exemption. Businesses would face a penalty for failing to comply, although the amount has yet to be determined, according to the bill's language. Employers would have to notify the state that all workers are vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 1, 2023.

There are these gems as well

Assembly Bill 1797 by Assembly member Akilah Weber (D-San Diego) would allow California school officials to more easily check student vaccine records by expanding access to a statewide immunization database. Senate Bill 866 by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) would allow children 12 and up to be vaccinated without parental consent. And SB 871 by state Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) would require the COVID-19 vaccine for all schoolchildren in the state.

Dear Truckers, you need to stop off around Sacramento until they yield; then on to DC.

          Huh...super pro-vaxxer, huh?

And in September, she had an emergency abortion after finding out that she was pregnant and miscarrying, an ordeal she tweeted about last month.
I will give the b one thing...she is committed.

The California Legislature is just plain evil. I can see tent cities just across state lines to temporarily house the people fleeing the state. When are these retards going to realize that the Scamdemic is over?

Thank God. I was afraid the Democrats would declare they had saved us all from COVID and secure the next election.

                      Follow the money.

Wonder how much 'under-the-table behind-the-door hire-your-family buy-your-art kick-back $$$$' these CA lawmakers would get from the Big Pharma...

California would mandate that all businesses require their employees and independent contractors to receive the COVID-19 vaccine under legislation announced Friday by Democratic state lawmakers that was immediately criticized by Republicans as government overreach.

                        Couple chunks of the bill

                        (f) (1) On January 1, 2023, each employer shall affirm, in a form and manner provided by the department, that each employee or independent contractor is in compliance with this section.
So it's not activated till a year from now.

                        (i) This section shall remain operative until the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices determines that COVID-19 vaccinations are no longer necessary for the health and safety of individuals, and as of that date is repealed.
Then it's possible that inside the next year CDC will drop the requirement.

There's no exemption for out of state workers , but I assume the law doesn't extend outside the state.

This is California democrats saying f u to the voters since they know they won't lose their super majority no matter what they do. All over the country we see Dems capitulation, but not in California, they have no concern that they might be voted out, a combination of really stupid voters and rigged elections has emboldened them in a big way. The will of the people means nothing in this state.
