How long can Samantha Reed and her co-plaintiffs, if/when deprived of their livelihoods, hold out for the legal system to grind through the process, even given purportedly free representation by lawyers like Robert Barnes?

Will things go like Brad Walker, another Tyson employee of 20yrs, upon being faced with indeterminate unpaid leave, where he opined "I’ve already talked to a lawyer, I’ve got to file for bankruptcy because I haven’t found a job yet and my house payment and car payment will be due,".....??

Rinse and repeat for millions of everyday American citizens across the country. Get constructively fired by being put on unpaid leave? Fuggetabout unemployment benefits.

Follow the Tyson cases, both for the mandates and the employees of their facilities who died of Covid-related conditions. Great canary of where the legal system is going on this for corporate America.
