It would be better if Dimwit and his cronies would quit telling people to get boosted because then people wouldn't think they're safe. My understanding, from what I've heard from some doctors is the vaccines in the U.S. won't do a thing against omicron.

Correct. The vaccines work against a spike proteins that omicron does not have. Until new vaccines are developed the old ones are useless. By the time the Omicron vax is available it will have mutated in to something else. It s pointless.

The best strategy is to get omicron and the resulting strong durable immunity from all variants. There are not other viable options.

Politicians who think we can immunize and quarantine our way out of covid are fools or major stockholders in Pfizer etc.
