My employer found away around all the restrictions and mandate-bans. HIPAA? No problem - everyone must disclose their status. Executive orders? Doesn't matter. Judgements? Also doesn't matter.

Already I am seeing how serious my company is taking this. The ETS is pretty clear about the type of masks you have to wear. Well, the very top echelon of the company are all wearing fakemasks. Half of them are wearing smart *** shirts in protest.... and this is like the CEO, CIO, etc... Some of them just walk around with their mask in their hand.

        This is a $600mil+ company...

Pretty ironic that the ETS does not apply in California but does apply in Texas

            • Texas mandate bans? Texas is already under OSHA - they can't arbitrarily say certain OSHA rules don't apply.
            • HIPPA - does not apply. Amazingly neither do Coast Guard sailing rules. Why? Because neither have anything to do with this!

Hopefully the Supreme Court will shut this down.

These mandates are permanent. The media will always report evolving variants. Even though these mandates are ineffective against these fakedemic diseases, they will never do an about face and the vast majority of the public blindly believe they are effective.
SCOTUS could help. A positive decision could soon afterwards inspire a similar case against state and private companies enacting their own mandates.
A red wave in Nov would do wonders in reversing the nation’s political lean and willingness to invoke mandates.

Ask HR if they like being opened to lawsuits for all the adverse reactions that will inevitably occur.

                  If it was me.....

Hopefully you have not told anyone at work that you refused to be vaccinated. If so would present a copy of my vaccination card and stop talking. I bet they are eager to avoid conflict. They will probably just accept it and move on. Stop talking about it! Be invisible.

If they do not accept it you have lost nothing. You still have to find another job.

Either way, I would look for another job. Life is to short to work for idiots.

COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Policy 2022

All vaccinated employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, regardless of where
they received vaccination. Proof of vaccination status can be submitted via email to HRDEPT@ or
                  in-person with the HR Department.
Acceptable proof of vaccination status is one of the following:

                  2. A copy of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.

Management already changed the rules. Now ALL employees have to mask up. There have been a number of people out sick with rona and they realized it was only the vaxed that have been getting sick.

                          Email from management yesterday.

The most recent guidelines on handling COVID exposure and the need to quarantine give the most favorable treatment to those that hate fully vaccinated. The definition of fully vaccinated has been changed to require a booster dose of vaccine if eligible to receive it. There is strong evidence that being fully vaccinated greatly reduces the likelihood of severe illness due to COVID.

Quick response and short and sweet

Earlier today, the United States Supreme Court granted a stay of the OSHA ETS, so for now, the ETS in not enforceable by OSHA. Accordingly, while this stay remains in effect, * will likewise suspend enforcement of our recently enacted Covid-19 vaccination or mask and test policy implemented in order to comply with the OSHA ETS.
