We knew it would come to that in some countries.

We've hoped it would not come to that in this country.

Many have predicted that if it does come to that in this country that it will get ugly in that the 'hunters' won't be limited to those looking for the 'vaccine refusers.'

Unfortunately, there are growing number who have or are beginning to suspect that such is all part of 'the plan.'
