I'm glad a lot of these are turning out this way. It's important to note that this does not say that mask mandates are blanket illegal. It rules that the way they have been implemented/issued, were illegal. That's a technical distinction but important. It's what differentiates a Republic from tyranny. The government can't just do whatever it wants and rule by decree. Now, if their legislature has passed a law, and signed by the governor, then based on the way this court ruled here, I bet they'd allow it to stand. And while I disagree, at least that's the appropriate process.
