    Good!

Won't help me though, I didn't get fired but lost all travel and meeting opportunities. Defacto mandate without being one.

Ayo, stay strong, don't let it get to you, my first two months of being on curtious paid leave put me in a research rabbit hole, lost tons of acquaintances, and friends, but it was for the better. It brought me to sadness, sad for the way the world is growing dividingly, along with the fact with all the evil I have uncovered upon research. They can take everything from us but they will never ever take your soul, SD... You own up to that, and thats more important than money/power.

Its time to create your own opportunities, maybe in the long run it'll be ten-fold better than it was previous, we just gotta put in the work 10x-100 fold for it to happen.

That's just it. The damage has already been done.

I know you're not wrong, the soul is the only thing that matters.

But we've seen this happen before. Watch "Schindler's List" as a reminder. One day people were happy middle-class business owners, families, workers - the next they were out on the street with nothing but a suitcase. After that it was off to the trains. Think it won't happen again? Look at Australia. The new religion is powerful and pervasive.

My company is very unlikely to roll back any decisions. They were all made in the name of "safety." A big cheese said before the rollout "I know some of you will be upset, but we're just trying to do what's best for everyone. We want to make sure each of you is safe." Thus the unvaxxed are segregated from others and made into 2nd class citizens. Science doesn't matter, decisions are made on emotions (namely fear.) Company did a survey, must have turned out that 98% of people were going to get vaxxed. I am the only one in my circle of acquaintances who is still pure. Majority rules.

Travel protocols are unlikely to loosen up either. It would take all the countries around the world collaborating to decrease restrictions. Things are headed in the other direction! It is not about science - indeed the less science is involved, the better. Omicron not very deadly? Let's not talk about that. Get that vax passport or you're not welcome here - serf.

We need to organize a mass campaign to get house members to vote for this. Many people are against the mandates, even ones who wanted shots. This will push some people over the edge against the democrats.

Many union members are also against the mandated and a few unions have had to cave because their members forced them and the union then fought against and got the mandates stopped.

I gotta be honest that sounds like a good deal. I hate meetings and travel.

              I REALLY hate meetings.

We need to get Congress working on a law to ban all meetings.

I found out today that McCoys (local chain lumber place) charges their employees $10 a week for not being vaxed...

Interesting. Under what provision? It should be something to let them do it,

52-48, it only takes 2 people to switch vote to make it even.

Yeah it could be worse. If there were more of us 'purebloods' I'd feel better about it.

I imagine it's akin to charging different amounts for healthcare options. More risk means someone must pay. They've decided to pass it directly to the consumer (ie. employees.)

Pelosi won't let it even come up for a vote in the House. Even if it passed there, the Potato in charge would veto it.
