Pfizer must release EUA support documents.

They wanted them held for 55 years. Judge says they must release 500 pages/month.

As ordered by the courts the FDA must release the data it based it's EUA for the Pfizer shot.

The FDA requested the courts to keep this information confidential for no oess than 55 YEARS!!

The court returned with an order to release 500 documents a month.

So I'm guessing 500 a month works out to be about 55 years.

This is not a win, this is a loss. The 55 years thing comes from 500 pages a month taking 55 years because there's about 330,000 pages.

Expect most of the damning information to be sorted to the bottom of the stack to get through.

Edit: upon further investigating, this actually sounds like a win. I believe I got wrong information on the total amount of pages.

The law says that they must release at least 500 pages a month. Nothing stops them from releasing everything right now except skullduggery.

not to be dupe police but we hit this a couple weeks ago. 500 is the minimum, and it's a ton of pages. They're saying it'll take that long, because they can't "just release them", they have to review and do redactions etc. That's what they're claiming, and because of medical data they might be right. Not everything they do is instantly public, they have trade secrets, private business practices, and then the possible medical/identifying information of the subjects etc. Industrial espionage is a thing. I'm not defending them but in general it is a problem. It's not like you can sue them, to force them to hire 50 people to go through them faster.

The adverse reactions are shocking considering that the Vax was only out 2 1/2 months. Now add 11 months later and boosters. Yeah, this is a problem.

what little they were forced to release so far is not looking good.

If they want their product to be mandatory, they should be required to expose their trade secrets. Trial participants should not have their information hidden, so journalists can actually do some verification on the data. Trade secrets can be protected under patents or other public IP protections. Then everything can just be released.

Over a thousand deaths? Spontaneous abortions? Thousands of other nasty side effects?

Seems like we were lied to about both safety and efficacy of these experimental vaccines.

If I did a dupe, I apologize. I expect the release rate to be so that it doesn't cause an "undue burden" on the subject.
