Don't know what country but medical staff in the street come out of a ambulance in hazmatt gear with a camera crew following them with no masks or anything. They go up the street and stop. The camera people turn on the camera and they wheel a stretcher back toward the ambulance while being filmed. They turn off the cameras and everyone gets inside. One camera guy, remember no gear on, gets in and drives them off.

You should really check out telegram. Lots of good info on their from around the globe along with some effect groups.
