I'm torn. Its true to faith that he as Gov will not do anything and its up to local municipalities to do as they require. However, there should be a hard fast rule to not enforce anything "mandatory" as it infringes on individual rights.

Dont outlaw mandates, but dont force them either. If someone wants to wear a mask to "feel" safe or to take a shot to "feel" safe, so be it.

I can understand this being a delicate issue in the mind a politician, but it really shouldn't be at all. Freedom and the right to choose for ourselves should reign supreme and he should know that. It needs to come above his precious political career, he is a servant of the people, not the other way around.
