HAHA! Just found out from my wife that her boss also hasn't had the vaccine and will not be getting it. The ONE person left in that department was hired about two months ago, is not fully up to speed and according to my wife likely never will be. She is better than most that they have tried in the past, but just "doesn't get it".

That company will be a burning hulk if they push through the mandate. With the shipping shortages, anyone know where to buy an extra large quantity of popcorn?

Go to your local walgreens with a big black bag, take all the popcorn on the shelves, don't forget about the popcorm chip bags too,put it in said bag, bam. I don't think its illegal, I seen it all over YouTube and numerous social video sites.

That might work, but every time we go to the store they are out of most things. I can't get my Head and Shoulders clinical strength because they don't have it. The Listerine I use is out of stock everywhere, etc.

I just picked up an audio interface and another microphone for $53, eetails $170 taxes and shipped. Sweet Water had it on their deal of rhe day, but I stack up my musical equipment as a microphone closet is mandatory for vocalist. You can add deal alerts for your shampoo and listerine, I will attach a picture of a search ans rhe prices for you. Hopes this helps.

I typically try to avoid Amazon whenever possible, but even for these items I have found that when they are available on Amazon the sellers are gouging, selling them for ten times the typical retail. Biden sure has torn the country down in preparation for "building back", hasn't he?

I doubt that it will die as it is a chip manufacturer employing thousands of employees (no, not one that most people would even know). The issue is that they are multi-state so the employment laws/payroll laws vary quite a bit across the company, drastically complicating things as the company doesn't have payroll in each state-just three people doing it from one state.

To make it worse, my wife says that there are hundreds of people with liens for failure to pay taxes/child support, etc. That creates an immense headache as payroll software doesn't easily automate such things.

They have profit sharing and stock options that also complicate the situation. They've tried to hire about a dozen people over the years because my wife and her boss are essentially running the entire show but it's too much work. Every one of them has either run screaming or been fired for being incapable of doing the work. The current person they have can only get their portion of the payroll done with a LOT of assistance, so this person would never be able to take over the entire job.

They've brought in those temp employees but typically those people can't even get close to figuring out how to do things even after months of employment. That company would have serious issues, so I'm working my wife to get an association with her boss. My wife won't get the vaccine because she has an autoimmune disease stimulated by a wasp sting so she's worried that any inflammatory reaction (virus or vaccine) could spin it up again after she finally got off of prednisone after almost four years. Her boss is trying to get pregnant so she doesn't want to get it. Hopefully they will both do a "no deal or we both walk NOW".

Well I guess her calling corporate worked. HR has now changed the language in the letter they sent out. It now just says they mandate is on hold. They removed the "save a life and get vaxxed" in the last paragraph.

It might be fun to offer a "word to the wise" suggestion to these managers some of you have to deal with.

With all the awful stores I hear, it's good to hear about good situations like this one (good at least for now).
