From her company that they will wait to see what the courts say but IF the case is lost she will need to be vaxxed.

She's informed them that she appreciates that they are waiting for the courts but they will have to fire her if this case fails.

At least they're not requiring it until the law goes into affect. But the end result will be the same. We'll tough it out and take advantage of every program we can. Maybe we'll see we can live with less and all be together more.

Appreciate her bravery. Let her know that she's standing up for a lot of people...some of whom are in economic situations where they can't afford to make a stand themselves.

Thanks Duke we have been lucky enough to not carry debt so it will make things easier for us. We both do stuff on the side so we'll be fine. We have the ability to make money when we need it. Cash until the government gets ride of cash lol.

I feel for those that don't have side gigs. No matter what we will stand by our values.

They aren't being nice, they cannot force her, it's not legal. There are so many legal problems with these "mandates" they'd have to throw out a mountain of case law and the Constitution to make it legal. And if it does pass somehow, invoke your right to a religious exemption.
Only fools got the shots because of empty threats.

I'd be willing to bet before this sees the SC cases will spike again for optics.

She she will apply for it as she's religious. Her employer is also telling her they won't lose her and will pay for her testing. But facts are we know the admin will do away with that option at some point. Just have to make long term plans.
