I'm not sure how trustworthy the NY Post is but this is what it says:

"The policy, set to take effect Jan. 4, compels workplaces with 100 or more staff to impose a COVID-19 vaccine mandate or a policy that allows unvaccinated staff to keep their jobs if they submit to weekly testing and wear masks at work."

If this is true; they are giving you an out. You don't have to get the vaccine. If you choose not to you get tested weekly. There; it's not a mandate.

I'm not saying I agree with how Biden has handled this. But a mandate means its mandatory. This isn't. It's a separate matter how some companies are making it mandatory.

Older, I get it but at the same time do you really think China doesn't know everything about you on Facebook Google ect? They're so deep in them it hurts.

Either way I'm just sick of being shutdown when info is being suppressed. It's tough as hell to find info these days if we're on this side of the coin.

I'll just stop. Like I said I know where I'm at and what I'm not doing with this vaccine so there's no point to seek out info anymore only to get shot down because of the source that has a legit source.

Until the LEGISLATURE makes a law ANY government Dictum is only a SUGGESTION.
And,
The Judicial Branch is the final Arbiter as to whether the law has standing and IS/or/IS NOT determined to be Constitutional.

And under the 10th Amendment, Healthcare is a State's Right, NOT a Federal Right to enforce.

So, a State Could create a law to the effect but even then MAY be Unconstitutional, depending on the judgement of the Judicial Branch, and can furthermore be argued up to the Supreme Court before the law is undeniably upheld or struck down.
