For the vaccinated who support the mandate, why do you support it?

Damn , I wouldn't even know how to decipher this, I truly believes he sees the bigger picture, a lot more do than any of us by just statng his stancr Others would call him a dummy for taking thr vaccine, but he doesnt promote negativity or hatred so I can rock with thatm As for the tagline, I try to avoid him unless I feel like I have to chime in, but I'm too stupid to understand facts , so therre is that LOL.

I’m vaccinated and strongly anti mandates. While I think a lot of the arguments against vaccination come from a place of ignorance and fear, I firmly believe in an individual’s right to choose what is best for them. The only reason I share my experiences here, is that at the end of the day, I like you guys. This is the only place I post my thoughts, and even that took me a while to warm up to. I too think that the government and news are full of horse hockey. My decision was based on personal experience and data from tens of thousands of folks within my company. I share our info with the hope it helps people make their own choice. At the end of the day, what you do is up to you, and I firmly support this position.

Other than the two or three usual suspects, what makes OP think folks on this 2A board would support a MANDATE? I'm jabbed and support your right to choose (so to speak).

Yes, I'm intentional with my words.
I don't know you, but I'm reacting to what you wrote, as we all do on this forum. In my opinion, "we're in this together " IS a propaganda. In the name of health and safety, courtesy, social ettiquet, togetherness, etc., people are losing jobs and state mandates are forcing businesses to inspect vaccination cards. Yet, you said you were against mandates. To me, there's an inconsistency between your anti-mandate stance and enacted government policies.

I haven't read through all the threads in the covid forum, so I don't know who on this board supports mandates. But this is supposed to be a 2A supporting Forum, yet we have many members here who support gun control. So I suspect there are pro-mandate folks here also. Just curious about their reasoning.

I do not assume that. I got vaccinated and I don't support the mandate. I'm merely narrowing the survey population.

Same question we have asked since the beginning. Nobody has an answer, they just come up with more BS. Just say No Thanks and move on with your life. Let them huff and puff and if they get in your face lay them out with a haymaker and move on. Cultists are gonna cult. Nothing you can do about it.

Honest answer? I’m vaxxed and wear a mask indoors because i’ve really enjoyed not getting respiratory illnesses.

Flu, bronchitis, corona, all of them. Haven’t been sick since 2019, and I’m definitely not staying at home all the time. Went on a vacation to Missouri over the summer, been out to restaurants, go shopping in any store every few days (my point being that i’m not sequestered by any means)

I have asthma and immune issues and generally a pretty bad response to respiratory bugs. Just nice to literally breath a bit easier. I couldn’t care less about other people when choosing what i do. LoL

I DO definitely share my reasons with folks of why i think the normalization of mask-wearing in the US is a good thing, especially during flu/cold season. I also tell people (when asked) why i think the vaxx is a good idea and a smaller risk than the side effects of Corona-virus, but most people dont care/dont ask, so whatevs.

I am and I do NOT support the mandate at all.

Because I don't spew the mandate BS, I'm called an antivaxxer, even though I've gotten my shots.

                                It's pathetic.
