It's starting with countless lawsuits to follow. Unfortunately, these cases are about federal overreach and impinging on state's rights. Blue turd states like California will not face this hurdle if they choose to move forward with their own mandate.
Fortunately, California does not have nukes to repel the angry hordes.Thermidorian Reaction . . Prepare for it.We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ~ SolzhenitsynComment

Agreed. The charade has run it's course and is running out of steam. It seems odd timing that Merck and Pfizer happen to have "effective" antiviral medications on the verge of widespread approval. No need to take horse or antimalarial medications, aspirin or vitamins when you can take a wildly expensive newfangled antiviral medication that is approved under an EAU with minimal clinical trial data. The govt reasoning behind their supposed authority doesn't set the bar very high for rampant tyranny. I hope the court addresses that. You know, sort of thinking "beyond a reasonable doubt" level. Even then, I don't like that much power in one agency even if it is only perceived. And they think it's real
