Fed Contractor COVID Mandate extends to *virtually* all vendor and supplier employees

Apparently not only do the employees of vendors and subcontractors that enter jobsites of Federal Contractors have to be vaccinated but anyone who works on or in support of a covered contract with a Federal Contractor must be vaccinated even if they will never be on site at Federal Contractor (job-site or) facility.

If you interpret this literally, it would include virtually everyone who works at a vendor/supplier, even the janitor at a company that is a vendor of a Federal Contractor is working in support of the contract... or one could interpret this very narrowly...

even if they are not likely to, or will never, be present at a Lockheed Martin facility.

Yep, fed contractors have to include a vax requirement to any of their subcontractors in contracts.
