I think OSHA needs to meet the Dec.8 date that many companies set as vaxed or axed.
Calif has many of its own special laws including employment. Not sure if CAL OSHA will adopt Fed or modify it.
Since it's clear boosters will be mandated in perpetuity, i like asking my co-workers when you question its too often? 1 year, 6 months, 3 months ?? They get a puzzled look and don't answer.

California currently requires the business to pay for testing. Not wanting to pay for it is the excuse used to reject my exemption request. Allowing employees to pay for it themselves takes away a reason an employer may use to fire the employee.
