    Welp were dropping like Flys

So our company mandated the vaccine and said they would allow for religious exemption but less than 3 weeks after the cutoff date they are taking us out like Flys. Every week it's another handful sorry we reviewed your exemption and it's not good enough goodbye your terminated. Messed up part is everyone that's being terminated is ineligible for unemployment and are now blackballed regardless if they decide to get the shot. Anyone else lose their job already or see it coming ?

Today is the day for me. We started with 650 employees who were holding their head up high but now its just down to me and 89 others. I was going to quit anyway and move out of state so personally I don't care.

I'll do my best to run my employer to the ground for rescinding the religious exemptions.

Sounds like a class action lawsuit in the making.

I wish but judging by all the lawsuits being thrown out doubt any will go anywhere

Yeah let's hope. We need a successful lawyer who wants to make a name for himself to step up.

Sadly... lawyers probably know that the judicial system is corrupt. Not even SCOTUS will back unvaxxed citizens.

Do you have a copy of the termination letter?

I don't but I'm sure I can get ahold of it if not I'm sure I'll have my own in a week or two

I was looking for a job when I found this one.

I’m set to be terminated in January.

                      Sorry to hear that.

                      All of this is surreal.
                      - Several countries wide open, life is normal (Nordic region)
                      - Australia locked down tighter than a trout's ***
                      - In the USA being get fired if unvaxxed

There is no logic or reasoning remaining. It's everyone for themselves.

My tentative last day is Dec 7, unless they reverse my exemption denial.

The company is only hurting itself. Good luck, I hope that company goes bankrupt!

As for the "unemployment benefit" ... you should have at least six months to a year of expenses saved up and at least available for withdrawal.
