Thanks for providing some background. On its own the OP comments don't follow. The goings-on of Indian health care is not something I keep abreast of. Though I tend to be very skeptical of statistics out of India, they have a notoriously bad ability to track medical stuff. And whether or not ivermectin helps covid, it certainly isn't a (*real) vaccine on its own, and I'm not so sure it would have a causal relationship to reducing spread in the general sense, down to nothing. Maybe if you aren't sick very long, it's a shorter time you can be contagious? Either way I'm not confident of the "covid-free" statement, even if ivermectin is a great treatment.
