He needs to do both. The voter fraud investigation is underway but showing a frustrating lack of visible progress, I agree. But work on that should not preclude him from intervening here, both are urgent but this is an absolute emergency.

I fear that you are correct because the two issues are far from mutually exclusive. If he was serious about both he could easily address both.
