Not just vaccines, but medications and treatments for child diabetes, cancers, congenitive defects, hypertension, extreme cholesterol levels, etc. Surgeries to keep people with all sorts of defective body parts alive and able to reproduce.
Many consider medical science's triumph over natural selection a miracle.

the only questions are by how many multiples of factor "more" likely than from a non "vaxed" person and whether it's actually a virus you would contract from them or just the shed spike proteins.
