Her video would be a lot better if she got rid of the long pauses, fractured delivery, and showed some visual evidence of her claim rather than just anecdote for the camera.

It's highly likely she is telling the truth - just needs to present it better. It's imperative that these people and their stories be more self-aware of how they come off, because by her presentation style, it leaves way too much room to simply be dismissed.
