CA Or Other State Employer Not Mandating Vax

Anyone here (non owners) whose employer will absolutely not require the vax since no OSHA mandate yet?

My employer is not mandating and has no plans to, however we have clients that require it so my employer is requiring us to disclose our jab status

I am a CSRS federal retiree of 35 years. No vax. Wife in a small company.. No vax. Utah.
Hoping some employers elsewhere aren't requiring the vax.

I work for a small but rapidly growing tech company in Utah County. After Biden opened his pie hole about vaccine mandates for companies over 100 employees, at an all hands meeting the HR manager mentioned that they would have to wait and see what it is, then the CEO took the microphone and said "no one wants to hear about that" and ended the meeting. A majority of the executive staff and engineers have had the wu flu. I don't think they would be down with mandates and hope we never have to find out.

My concern is that we are currently trying to land some serious government business and these days there always seems to be strings attached.
