In reality, the CDC has no power in this area and the courts will shut Walensky and her power trip down as fast as they beat back her powerless eviction moratorium mandate.

They can opine and create a lot of pointless PSAs until they are as blue as Pelosi's vericose veins, but they are up against the biggest surge in gun ownership this country has seen since the days leading up to WWII.

We've also seen the CDC jump into banning evictions for not paying rent. I don't think that it's such a stretch to assume that our government realizes that executive orders and bureaucratic mandates are now much easier than legislation or following the Constitution.
