Only UCMJ cases overturned by SCOTUS were rape death penalty cases.

Unfortunately the military falls under a completely different set of rules (UCMJ) than does the average citizen.

I know military service members get several shots but this one should be optional for the simple fact that it's been politicized. As soon as Republicans retain power this is the first thing they should do as well as give the option to return to all of those who quit because of the vaccine.

This isn't a vaccine.
It is a gene therapeutic drug and it is unlike any other vaccine shot.

FDA Comirnity is also not available.
It is an unlawful order to mandate a non-FDA approved shot. They will win legally for refusing the other three shots currently available including the old non-FDA approved Pfizer shot which is legally different than Comirnity.

I doubt Comirnaty will ever become available, and it seems the FDA announcement was nothing more than a trick.
