If anything the jabs result in an immune response to the engineered spike protein (which may not be present on the virus or variants).

The monoclonal antibodies(MCA) are developed against the entire virus and several variants (depending on brand).

Just because the word "antibody" is used doesn't mean all antibodies are the same. I don't expect a
mouthpiece to understand details of virology, immunology, epidemiology nor medical practice but do expect to hear a regurgitation of narrative talking points.

Trying to justify withholding MCA treatments from jabbed breakthrough cases so they dont run out admits the jabbed breakthroughs are a drain on the system and the jabs don't prevent serious disease. While defending their flimsy narrative they undermine their flimsy narrative.
