I suspect that is a conservative estimate even if he is only talking about "in America".

Are people dying of Covid or the jab? How do they tell the difference?
"Is" there a difference?

The more people die of the jab or Covid the more a death count is contributed to Covid,
the more people are scared or able to be coerced into taking the jab,
the more people die.

He did say it's likely his number is conservative and he's going off those that have died immediately after the second dose. I've seen plenty of stories of once healthy people dying a month or two later, those deaths aren't included in the estimates. Then there are those who suffer from myocarditis or clotting, they may survive maybe another 5 years before they die. The boosters will be the straw that finally breaks the camel's back. The real death count will be crazy high.
