A couple of weeks after his video was posted, it came out... First Responders Nationwide Resist COVID Vaccine Mandates

It's unfortunate that many feel they must circumvent the chain of command, which is what the investigation is about, in terms of attempting to get people to think rationally rather than hiding behind 100+ year old precedent which may not be as applicable as some may want us to believe.

I suspect that were they not out, ahead of the Science and if the Judiciary would take a reasonable look rather than simply exhibiting deference and citing the same precedent in what is perceived as a dismissive way, whatever the decision regarding the validity of the mandate, many would be more receptive to it. I'm not saying a decision in favor of the mandate would be right, clearly legal, definitely ethical, incontrovertiably moral, or the best course of action.

I'm saying that part of the overall problem, something which is at the base of the 'resistance' for many, is the... "Do it because we dictate it, even if we can't give you a reasonable explanation for why." It's not about politics. It's about the same 'messaging' I just noted on another thread... "Are you going to believe what we tell you or are you going to believe your own, lying eyes?"

As some of us and, now, many talking heads are beginning to discuss, if they would just BACK OFF a bit, they might be more likely to see an increase in numbers. But, the harder they press, the more people begin digging in their heels out of concern over the potential purpose of the pressure campaign, whatever that might be.
