I'd venture that, following initial inoculation, plus boosts, if someone doesn't present high titers of anti-spike-RBD (IgG and IgA), then that person was never "fully vaccinated".Comment

When you look at every single death under a microscope, you're going to find anomalies. Before covid people died of stuff all the time and every single death wasn't scrutinized and reported in the lame stream media. Some times chit just happens. We really don't need a news article and an "I told you so" post every time chit happens. But thats the way it goes these days.Comment

Bet it was AIDS. The COVID will take out anyone who are alive today because of modern medicine keeping them alive. Its very rare that people die of just COVID, its always COVID + xyz.The 57-year-old was fully vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine but had underlying health conditions.^^^The above is just an opinion.

It probably pretty reliable as the data is public. The issue is interpretation. There is the clear assumption at every report is causal to the vax. In the US about 8000 people die every day. Some of them got the vax.
I'm not saying that the vax is zero risk. Just like any other vax there are some who have bad outcomes. It's all about relative risk.
