It's great our red states oppose it but all they can do is say they oppose it. Companies will still be fined $14,000/month fine for each unvaccinated employee. Fined and enforced by OSHA..Not the state

But are those fines really 'excessive'? With Biden spending money like a drunken sailor, the feds are going to need to increase taxes to somewhere above 150% to sustain this level of spending.
